Terms of Service

 

Welcome to Fandoro LMS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our learning platform located at lms.fandoro.com.

 

Fandoro provides Learning Management System (LMS) solutions focused on sustainability training for businesses. Our platform enables organisations and their teams to build the knowledge and skills required to meet ESG goals through practical and engaging learning experiences.

 

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Use of Services

You agree to use the platform strictly for lawful business and educational purposes. Access to courses, content, and services is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.

 

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

 

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information
2. Maintain and promptly update your information
3. Keep your login credentials secure
 

Fandoro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if any information is found to be inaccurate or if these Terms are violated.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to courses, text, graphics, videos, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Fandoro or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

 

You may not:

1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
2. Commercially exploit any content without prior written consent
3. Share course access outside your authorised organisation
4. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
 

Payments and Billing

Access to certain courses, subscriptions, or services requires payment of applicable fees.

All fees are payable in advance and cancellation and refund rights, if any, shall be governed by the Fandoro LMS Cancellation and Refund Policy, as updated from time to time. 

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Fandoro does not store or process your complete payment card details.

 

Fandoro shall not be responsible for:

1. Payment failures due to issues with payment gateways, banks, or networks
2. Unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence
3. Delays in access caused by payment verification processes
 

In the event of a failed transaction where funds are debited, the reversal (if applicable) will be handled solely by the payment service provider or bank, in accordance with their policies. Fandoro shall have no liability in such cases.

Fandoro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or transaction at its sole discretion.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds, cancellations, subscription terminations, payment disputes, and related matters shall be governed by the Fandoro LMS Cancellation and Refund Policy.


Due to the digital nature of courses and learning services provided through the LMS, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to content has been granted.


Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances including duplicate payments, verified billing errors, technical failures preventing access to purchased services, or other situations specifically described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.


Users are encouraged to review course descriptions, eligibility requirements, and system requirements before making a purchase.


The Company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in accordance with the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
2. Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access
3. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform
4. Upload or distribute malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice.

 

Service Availability

Fandoro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.

 

Fandoro shall not be liable for any loss arising from service interruptions or downtime.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fandoro shall not be liable for any:

1. Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
2. Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
3. Unauthorized access, system failures, or technical issues

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

 

Termination

Fandoro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

 

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

 

Changes to Terms

Fandoro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
