Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy describe the terms governing cancellations, refunds, subscription terminations, payment disputes, and related matters for users of the Fandoro Learning Management System ("LMS") available at lms.fandoro.com.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or accessing any course, training programme, or subscription through the LMS, you agree to this Policy.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

Account means the user account created to access the LMS.
Company, We, Us, or Our refers to Fandoro Technologies Private Limited, SupremeWork, Sultanpur MG Road, New Delhi, 110030.
Course means any digital training content, learning module, certification programme, webinar, workshop, assessment, or educational material available through the LMS.
Organization means a company, institution, or entity that purchases LMS access for its employees, contractors, or authorised users.
Subscription means any recurring or fixed-term plan that grants access to LMS content or services.
User, You, or Your means an individual learner or an authorised representative of an organization using the LMS.

Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to all purchases and payments made through the LMS, including but not limited to:

• Individual course purchases
• Certification programmes
• Learning subscriptions
• Team or enterprise access plans
• Digital learning materials
• Assessments and certification examinations
• Any other paid LMS services offered by Fandoro

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Digital Nature of Services

The LMS provides access to digital educational content and services that may become available immediately upon successful payment or account activation.

Because digital content can be accessed, viewed, downloaded, or consumed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited as described in this Policy.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

Where a subscription-based LMS plan is offered:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
• Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal of future billing cycles.
• Access will continue until the end of the current paid subscription period.
• No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period unless required by applicable law.

Cancellation does not entitle the User to reimbursement for amounts already paid.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate Payment

If a User is charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

2. Technical Payment Failure

If payment is successfully debited but:

• no course access is granted,
• no subscription is activated, and
• the issue cannot be resolved by the Company within a reasonable period,

the affected payment may be refunded.

3. Billing Error

If an incorrect amount is charged due to a verifiable billing error attributable to the Company, the excess amount may be refunded.

4. Service Unavailability

Where paid LMS access cannot be provided due to a prolonged platform failure attributable solely to the Company and no alternative arrangement is offered, a refund may be considered at the Company's discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Except where required by law, refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed purchases of digital courses or training programmes
• Courses that have been accessed, started, streamed, downloaded, or substantially completed
• Failure to complete a course
• Failure to achieve desired learning outcomes, certifications, or business results
• Dissatisfaction with course content, teaching style, assessments, or delivery format
• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchases made by the User
• Failure to use purchased access before expiry
• Change in employment status or organizational requirements
• Subscription periods already commenced
• Suspension or termination resulting from violation of the Terms of Service
• Incompatibility caused by unsupported devices, browsers, software, or internet connections
• Any third-party fees, taxes, transaction charges, or payment gateway charges where such amounts are not recoverable by the Company

All purchases are otherwise final and non-transferable.

Corporate and Enterprise Purchases

For enterprise customers:

• Purchased user licences, seats, and training allocations are non-refundable once provisioned.
• Removal of users from an organization account does not create a refund entitlement.
• Unused licences or seats will not be refunded unless otherwise specified in a written enterprise agreement.
• Any custom pricing arrangement, onboarding package, or enterprise subscription shall be governed by the applicable commercial agreement executed between the Organization and the Company.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, Users must submit a written request to:

Email: support@fandoro.com

The request should include:

• Full name
• Registered email address
• Organization name (if applicable)
• Transaction ID or payment reference
• Date of payment
• Amount paid
• Description of the issue
• Supporting evidence, if available

The Company may request additional information before reviewing the request.

Review and Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a complete refund request:

• Acknowledgement will normally be provided within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, card networks, UPI providers, digital wallets, or payment gateways.

Processing times outside the Company's control are not guaranteed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will ordinarily be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Where the original payment method is unavailable or impractical, the Company may use an alternative method permitted by applicable law.

Failed or Reversed Transactions

If a payment is debited but the transaction fails before successful order confirmation:

• The payment gateway or bank may automatically reverse the transaction.
• Users should first verify the transaction status with their payment provider.
• Where necessary, the Company will assist in investigating the transaction.

Duplicate payments verified by the Company may be refunded after confirmation.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, Users are encouraged to contact our support team.

The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks where LMS access, course access, subscriptions, certifications, or services were properly delivered.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith refund claims may result in account suspension or termination.

Taxes and Payment Charges

Applicable taxes, including GST, are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Payment gateway fees, banking charges, currency conversion fees, and other third-party transaction costs may be deducted from any approved refund where permitted by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on the LMS platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the LMS following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
